Product processing
Material blending-melting- hot extrusion- sheeting -cooling -chipping -grinding - sieving -- packing. material blending time shall follow the standard to avoid the chemical interreaction
Products series
According to curing conditions, there are standard curing and lower temperature curing type;
According to gloss, there are different gloss level such as
high gloss ( above 85%),
flat gloss( 50%-85%),
semi gloss ( 7%-50%),
matt( below 7%)
and gloss can be adjusted according to customers requirements.
According to surface appearance, there are mainly three types, smooth effect, art textures effect including sandy, wrinkle, orange-figured, fissure hammer texture effect etc, and metallic effect.
Available in all colors according to RAL & PANTONE and it can be customized as clients require

Specific gravity: 1.4-1.7g/cm3 (varied with different color and gloss)
Particle size distribution 100%<100¦Ìm it can be adjusted .
Curing temperature
Standard type: 180℃/15 minutes
Lower type:160℃/20 minutes
Special: 130℃/20 minutes if customer require
